Servant Leadership dates back several thousand years, but the defining person in modern day Servant Leadership was Jesus Christ.  His example, teachings, and influence have lasted over 2000 years.  While I am not a minister, I do read the bible regularly and have studied the amazing relationship between teachings in the Bible and leadership in business.
